[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Refund the amount as different product has been delivered. | |||
Sir/madam I have made a complain on 06th august 2014. But, still no communication have been made by the 100bestbuy.com officials.in the previous letter i asked for refund the amount of rs 1560/- for making order. I have asked for refund only because one of three products i ordered i had received and found the product was not original for this immediately i returned the product. Today on 12th august 2014 the bluedart (Situated at port blair, south andaman, andaman & nicobar islands) courier service called me to collect one product send by the 100bestbuy.com. I surprised that the product reached at around 320 km far of my given delivery address i. E. Diglipur north andaman. I frequently mailing to the 100bestbuy.com to refund the amount i paid for. But the 100bestbuy.com sending me some different product this has been confirmed by the mail they have sent me.
