100bestbuy — not getting my refund | |||
I had order two jeans from 100bestbuy/ Ref : 25741941 & 25741830 but both the jeans sent to me are wrong so I call them and told them that they had send me wrong products and they told me that sir u should send ur orders back on our adress and we will pay ur courier chages & I send the jeans back to the company through first flight courier and tracking no. of courier is MK0124781 and courier charged me Rs 265and the company received the jeans on 12 Oct 2013 & I put my request of refund but now they are just harrashing me by saying Sir plz give us 2-4 Days more Every tym the same thing r being told by their representatives and once their representative ARSHITA give me their Senior representative phn no. [protected] named SAHIL VERMA and when I call him he just pick the phn once and told me that he will call me back within 1 day and solve my prblm but he doesnot do anything And nw When I call him either his phn is switched off or he doenot pick my phn. sir plz do something sothat I can get my amount back My phn no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
