Dear Sir/Mam I ordered a Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts(Rs.999.00) on Dated 25.12.2013 with COD which amount of Rs.1252.00 . I have also received my order on dated 01.01.2014 from Blue Dart courier service(Bhubaneswar, Odisha) with paying Rs.1252.00, when I opened it that was not particular items, what I have ordered. Lots of mis-match placing of my order. Here I described whats the problem in that box:- 1- 4 nums of shirt instead of 5 (1shirt short) 2- Mark Tayler instead of Koutons (Brand Change) 3- Size mis-match in stead of 38” all Different Size of shirts ) 4- Not particular color. (Different Color) 5- One shirt is in already open & very squeeze in that box. After this I called his customer care executive on dated-02.01.2014 and talked with Mr.Raju . As per Communication of Mr.Raju, he forwarded this call concern department and gave me a call ticket num[protected] and also told me, our courier service will pick that Pocket from you very shortly.
