1st time its very disgusting to tell this about 108 service, while going to my office i saw an incident spotted one young boy fell down from the drinking water supply trolley auto he got serious injurie to his head, we few people took him to side of the road, due to we feel as his condition is so serious, we tried catch auto but no body tried, mean while i called to 108, he pickup the call, i informed the incident, and he was asking the address i said its at Little Flower School . Chirag ali Lane Road, ABIDS, Pin Code.500001, , , , , now the crazy thing started, he is telling sir is it Madhapur kavuri hills ha, , i said no sir its Abids, Central of Hyderabad district, still that person not aware of the location, still i am trying to guiding him but that 108 person who lift the call dont aware of the ABids, 500001. i asked him sir pls understand this is so serious condition, , still he is asking address... then i got doubt is it realy connected to Hyderabad Division or not, i asked him he confirmed yes its hyderabd location only... but this person dont know the location, , , , , , as its getting late we tried to stop auto and asked him pls do help this person, , , that auto person helped and finally we send him by auto... so my question is what base you 108 working as emergency, why they employed as communicator to public who dont know about the locality is they employed by recommendation of Highly influenced persons, , , , but what this value, , , , they are giving to public, they are taking contract from the government atleast they should give quick service, ... now a days we are leaving high speed technology--- but the are not able to find my location --------i feel very sad[protected] this company should remove from emergency service or they should put employee for locality well know persons[protected]or----what?????? as public we can talk more this type of incident but it never solve as we expect----- i pray to god pls save the life of that person nothing i can do thank you if any one take action against this issue, , , , , , i was in call for 2 to 3 minute in call that guy is very disgusting
