The unknown person was riding a bike and suddenly a tractor with trolley came out of nowhere on the road and directly hit the bike in front of me. With great urgency, I dialed the emergency services number, only to be met with a shocking revelation—the unavailability of an ambulance at that critical moment.

The gravity of the situation cannot be overstated. As every second counted, the absence of a readily available ambulance not only exacerbated the distress we were already facing but also put that person’s life at further risk. The lack of prompt medical assistance due to an unavailable ambulance is simply unacceptable and poses a significant threat to public safety.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to ascertain the root cause behind the unavailability of an ambulance. Moreover, I urge you to take appropriate steps to rectify this issue promptly, implementing measures to prevent any such occurrences in the future.
