Dear seller,

Amazon said that i need to contact you for any support related for 10. Or g the product which i have purchased from amazon. Less than 6 months back i have made this purchase and now the product is really giving me hard time. Bottom half of the screen is not responding and i am unable to boot up my device.

Even i tried opening the 20. Or app to report the same and but the app is not allowing ne to do it.

I tried reach customer care and unfortunately they are not working on sundays

Pls help me with my concern, if you are the right person to reach or suggest me with any useful information.
