My tata sky id is [protected]. I had blocked my connection for a year. On 22 of oct i requested them to unblock my connection. I spoke to neha and pooja of customer care, both of them told me to take a hd box, i told them my tv is a normal tv and not a hd tv, they told me that the technician will see.
After following up for 2 days, on 24 oct at 4:30 pm technician vamsi who was a vulguar person turns up
He told me my tv is spoiled, i switched it on for him
Without even checking he just removed the old box saying it is spoiled
He put a hd box, i told him mine is a normal tv and not a hd tv, he told no problem, and fixed the box.
He told me to pay rs 1, 000 by cash
I called up customer care spoke to neha and pooja they told me to pay rs 1, 000 by cash and they told me 1 month subscription free
Technician vamsi didn't give me the remote
I asked for it he told me that i have to pay for it
Again i called up the customer care they told me it is free with the box
I paid rs 1, 000 by cash to technician
He told it will take 1 hour to activate
He went away.
The tv was not activated, went on calling cc
Sagar called up, he told he would look into the matter, but no response
Finally on 25 th at 6:pm
I called up cc and then they activated it
On 26 i recd a message to urgently pay rs 250 monthly charges
Again i called up the customer care they say that i have to pay this charges as this is not free.
Cheated me for the box, and now monthly charges
Really ridiculous!
Fraud number one.
