Sir i have booked hotel oyo 30638 hotel rivaayat inn on 30 november, 2019 through agoda with booking id[protected], on 1 december they have sent me booking confirmation, i also chatted with agoda customer care for confirmation, they have assured me that your rooms are booked (2 rooms for 2nights, 4-6december). Before arrival at hotel i called the hotel for location, they said that none of the rooms were booked for you and we are not accepting any booking from oyo & agoda, i called oyo for this, they said your booking is confirmed, i also emailed agoda, bit instead of solving they cancelled my rooms and mailed me of 0 money refund (According to hotel policy). Sir please help me for full refund of 2732₹, as agoda has not booked my rooms and automatically cancelled my rooms after complaining them Was this information helpful? |

I got confirmation msg from Agoda, and they message me that please call to hotel before 24hrs., but on arrival hotel management refused of any booking from Agoda, Oyo
