Sir i have booked hotel oyo 30638 hotel rivaayat inn on 30 november, 2019 through agoda with booking id[protected], on 1 december they have sent me booking confirmation, i also chatted with agoda customer care for confirmation, they have assured me that your rooms are booked (2 rooms for 2nights, 4-6december). Before arrival at hotel i called the hotel for location, they said that none of the rooms were booked for you and we are not accepting...

I have booked my trave from trichy to tutucorin 08.06.18 my departure time is 3 am as per the instruction i reached boarding point on sharp 2.45 am. But the bus came at 5.45 am. Do not use the services of india filing they are not good with their customers.
They are misbehaving with their customers, and frustrating people.

Dear sir, I had booked my order on 9february 2017. Accordingly the GWS Executive, I will get my order delivery at my home on 15may, 2017. But I dint get any response from their side about delivery status. Even in both service no [protected]&[protected], one no showing always off & other always on busy mode. I am about to take action against co. If I dint get any update about my product delivery.
