1983 — worst service kpn

I have booked my trave from trichy to tutucorin 08.06.18 my departure time is 3 am as per the instruction i reached boarding point on sharp 2.45 am. But the bus came at 5.45 am. They didn't give the proper answer when i asked them. I couldn't attended my official meeting.. Because of you people i got fired from my management.. Hence the bus started at 5.50 driver has committed that bus will reach at tutucorin by 9 o clock but now time is 9.15 it is 80 km away from my destination now he said it will reach 11 am.. If i would have taken the government bus i would be reached 8 o clock. I thought to reach earlier for that only i booked in kpn but you have given a worst service... It's running like a town bus it is being stopped 10 mins for every 45 mins... Most importantly i am refused to have a blankets and bet sheet. They gave me a used one which was used by another passenger who was traveled from chennai and i booked lower berth but they offered me a upper... Totally it is a horrible and worst experience ever in my life. I never expect this kind of worst service from kpn since it is being a top bus service in tamilnadu they should treat passenger properly and maintain the time frame... My booking details is attached.
