1mg — chemist is not willing to cut the strip | |||||
Dear sir, Doctor had prescribed 15 capsules of Antoxid HC ( Prescription attached) this medicine comes in a strip of 30, I placed the order on 1 mg.com on 27.2.18 but I got a call from them, who refused to take order of 15 and refused to cut the strip, even when I insisted, the person said he cant help its a policy of the portal not to sell the cut strips and it does not matter to them if I cancel the order. They themselves cancelled the order the same day. Then I went to buy the same medicine from a chemist shop with name " MEDITREE" Sec 48 Gurugram, who also refused to cut the strip, despite my insistence, the salesman didn't agree and I had to buy the complete strip (Copy of bill attached). I wish to put a complaint against both of these vendors and request you to take suitable action against this and direct every chemist to give the medicine as per the prescription and refrain from doing a forced sale.
