[Resolved] 1mg — fraudsters! #fraud 1mg

Ordered 2 packets of onetouch ultra glucose test strips and paid via cod.
But i was shocked to find that i received only 1 pack in the box. I complained to the customer care immediately and i was told to wait for 24-48 hrs so that they can resolve the issue.

After 74 hrs i got an email that "as per the update from our vendor team, we have delivered the complete product with the intact quantity hence i regret to inform that we are unable to initiate the replacement/refund request."

The box was properly sealed, so the product can't disappear in thin air but they assume they quality check before shipping the product.

Send the missing product or refund my money??

Complaint marked as Resolved

1mg emailed me informing me that they will be refunding the money. The next day they processed a refund against the order and told me, "it may take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reflect in your account."
