Ordered 2 packets of onetouch ultra glucose test strips and paid via cod.
But i was shocked to find that i received only 1 pack in the box. I complained to the customer care immediately and i was told to wait for 24-48 hrs so that they can resolve the issue.
After 74 hrs i got an email that "as per the update from our vendor team, we have delivered the complete product with the intact quantity hence i regret to inform that we are unable to initiate the replacement/refund request."
The box was properly sealed, so the product can't disappear in thin air but they assume they quality check before shipping the product.
