This is related to the the lab tests reports. We have taken a good health package and the sample was collected on 15th April, 2021 from 1mglabs. They have promised to deliver the reports with in 24-48 hours. Its been more than 72 hours, There is no response from the 1mg team. Yesterday when i contacted them through only available chat option, they requested to wait for another 24 hours which itself was not acceptable. Today the chat option is also disabled and there is no way to contact the customer care. Patient is waiting from 2 days for the report to consult the doctor and his health is deteriorating. This is complete irresponsible behavior from 1mg to block the customer support and delay the reports as per their wish
