The concern has not been addressed, this doesn't answer the concern that why has the lab been removed from 1mg list.
I asked for the refund of both the orders.
But 1mg is insistent they can't refund for 1 of the amount. The report is from the same lab which is not listed, how can i trust this report, it is useless and not what i asked for

I had ordered diabetic medicine according to prescription medicine was out stock so I placed ordered for substitute medicine but substitute medicine prescription wasn't there so I cancel ordered I had paid Rs:162 only refunded only Rs 40 remaining amount in there website.
why the hell there not refunding full amount as we cancelled! Fishy things please notice there is no contact number on there website or customer care no! looks like there are doing only business.
Please beware buying medicine on this websites.

Horrible experience.
Tried to book a test. Paid online .Money was deducted four times but test was not booked. No explanation was given. Tried to get a refund and was bothered by the customer service...Sent them the transaction ids so many times and they reply with different ids saying refund has been made for those ids. I've pointed out that I didnt get the refund and the ids are different but there has been no response. about it. They just keep emailing that the matter is escalated then I will get another email asking for the transaction ids and the cycle continues...
In short this is a terrible app/website which cannot be trusted especially when it comes to something like medicines as any goo[censored]p can be life threatening.
I'm still waiting for my refund.

Last Saturday i booked a test and got the report, How are you after seeing the report and I found that the report is very much different from the previous one which I had some months back, so to crosscheck I I went to another lab
and it is there and I was right my reports from 1MG were wrong.
After talking to them they said to me that we will be providing you another report, after six days of the sample collection they provided me a report which is somewhat near to my new report which I had done from another hospital .
Please dont trust the results of such fake labs, better not go for tests from such labs.
Please cancel their license and shut them permanently.
