I have ordered medicines from 1mg. But when I checked the status on the date when it was supposed to be received I found that my order is cancelled. When I asked the executives that why my order was cancelled, they said that I have asked them to cancel the order. I never had asked to cancel the order, I also asked them to show proof that I have cancelled order, they are not giving me any proof or call records for cancellation of order. This type of negligence are not acceptable in medicines and for patient.
Meanwhile I got a call from 1mg and they said that my number was entered wrongly by the company. Therefore courier boy couldn't connect with me. This may be an excuse. If it is not an excuse then such a big mistake is not acceptable.
