I had reported on 26th-oct that my order po[protected] is not delivered yet after i got the message that it is delivered but i didn't receive that. On the request id 42912, your executive responded on 27th-oct on my registered email that he will get back after investigating but there is no update since then however i am daily asking for an update.
I don't understand what kind of service is this and why are you guys not responding to me despite reminding that those are urgent to me and if you are not going to deliver those then refund my money and i will purchase them from market.
