1mg — Pathetic customer service

I did a booking on 13th Jan for a RTPCR test from Tata 1 mg and asked for the sample collection on 14th between 9 am and 10am. I tried several times to contact the person who had sent me the WhatsApp confirmation, but nobody answered the phone. Around 10.30 am I got a call stating that due to "field emergency", they are unable to collect the sample on 14th and they could do it on 15th. I explained to them that I had an international flight and I had to do the test on 14th. All they could say was sorry. I had to run around and find another place to complete the test. Extremely unprofessional service and a real blot on Tata reputation.
