I had ordered tablets of Hypertension and Diabetes tablets to my dad who is 80+ years on 24th April 23 using 1mg App. As mentioned in the App the delivery date was 28th April 23, later delivery date got changed to 3rd May, 5th May and after several follow ups with customer care, i received a mail stating estimated delivered date is 9th May.
To my surprise, on 6th May 1mg cancelled my order and made a refund without giving any proper reason.
Order was not cancelled by me, and they made me to wait for several days. I live in Bangalore and my father lives in Virjpet. it became very difficult for me to arrange medicine on time.
1mg being operating a e-commerce platform dealing with medicine, such irresponsible act can lead to loss of someone's life.
Hence i demand compensation by telling 1mg that they need to a high degree of responsibility and ownership. Was this information helpful? |
