1mg — Refund not done

I had ordered serum F morr and the order was not successful due to not submitted the prescription. The doctors keep on calling to rate the experience and all of that but the order has been cancelled. But they are still not refunding my money back to my bank ac. Everytime I CONTACT them they say it takes 5-7 business days and all ###. Its been longer than this time and still I haven't received any of my money. I read mANY COMPLAINTs on their app as well as other CUSTOMER complaints app they also do have the same compaints. Please help asap.

Updated by Harshada Mohite Issue still not resolved. The 1mg customer support states that the amt has been initiated on 1st aug only but contact your bank as it is not reflecting. The bank people are saying that the transaction was not successful otherwise money would have got deposited. Useless company cheating people. Now they are telling to dispute the matter. How does it help when asked numerous times. Fake company and fraud. Never trusting them again. And will post on social media to make people aware about this
