Sir/ma'am i had ordered a pair of hand sanitizer by 1mg which was available in the stock. Then it automatically got cancelled on 26th april 2020 for which i have not received any refund till date. The company had replied on my mail just by saying that refund is initiated. I had called the customer care which had not received my call saying due to covid-19. It had closed. They are just asking for more time to refund but ideally refund should be with in 48 hours. But despite that, i had not received any refund. Please help me in getting my refund as i am in shortage of money due to covid-19 situation. Looking forward for your kind help.
