1mg is a fraud Lab, please do not with them. Me and wife gave a sample on 7:15 am, 31 Oct 2020 for the Full Body test and Covid antibody. You all know these tests are not time taking. She got all report on time 7:30 pm, but I did not, I asked to support, she said you will get the report on the 2nd (after 2 days), after some discussion they send me one report around 9 pm. Their CUSTOMER support guys are ###. they have 2-3 lines for apologies, paste here. 1mg customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 04, 2020 Updated by rajkumarggn 4 days gone but still waiting for the report, the support team is saying me give us 24 hrs every day. No one hear, no management in 1mg. what should i do?
