I had booked a Comprehensive Silver Full body checkup on 28/10/2022.
The phlebotomist came home to collect my blood sample.
The urine sample could not be given as I had just passed urine before the phlebotomist came home.
He gave me a urine container and assured me that someone would come next day to collect my urine sample .
Next day I kept my urine sample ready but nobody came to collect my urine sample.
I made multiple calls to their toll free number but they could not help me as they are only interested in sales and not in customer care service.
They are only interested in sales and once you do the payment they lose all their interest.
There is no system available for redressal of customer grievances.
I had written a review about this on Google and within half an hour they wrote back, asking me to share the details, which I did.
They promised to solve the issue within 24-48 hrs but now even after 48 hrs, the issue remains unsolved.
I wonder, what would have happened if my urine report was urgently needed.
This type of shoddy service is not expected from brand Tata. Was this information helpful? |
