I have placed an order for Benefiber, 4 qty on 13th August 2021 online in 1tab.com since they promised delivery with a day. Payment was processed, amount 646 Rupees was deducted from my bank account. After a week when I logged into the site and checked for status, it was showing as cancelled. I have not received any notification from them that order has been cancelled. I tried to reach by emailing support, chat with them and Facebook messenger. Till date there is no response from them.
My family submitted 2 more orders of the same and they got cancelled too and we are awaiting refund for all the three orders. Was this information helpful? |
