Hi... This is in reference to my online payment of INR 1, 200/- in regard to RT PCR test, order # 1804 on 20th April 2021 @ 17:03 pm through net banking HDFC saving account.

When I had followed up for sample collection, which had been scheduled for 22nd April 2021, then my appointment for RT PCR test had arbitrarily been cancelled by 1tab customer care executive; giving reasons of non availability of sample collector as that time COVID was at its peak time due to Delta variant...

For refund of mentioned amount, I had followed up multiple times over the phone, ie. 1st time on 29th May'21, 2nd time on 15th June'21 and 3rd time on 23rd June'21 but every time I only got assurance of getting the refund soon, however, ~7 months have been gone past but I am still waiting for the refund...

Kindly look into the matter and if you want I can visit your office to showcase my bank statement to prove that refund has not been received yet...

Hoping to have this issue resolved soon...

This order was cancelled by 1tab automatically. However, they never initiated the refund. Looks like it a fraud company. Pls look into it

Booked COVID test but no one showed up n not processing refund for the service which was not provided. Called customer care number several times n they are telling they are processing but no refund yet. Test was booked in April n till date i.e. 29 sep no refund. I have placed an order for Benefiber, 4 qty on 13th August 2021 online in 1tab.com since they promised delivery with a day. Payment was processed, amount 646 Rupees was deducted from my bank account. After a week when I logged into the site and checked for status, it was showing as cancelled. I have not received any notification from them that order has been cancelled. I tried to reach by emailing support, chat with them and Facebook messenger. Till date there is no response from them.
My family submitted 2 more orders of the same and they got cancelled too and we are awaiting refund for all the three orders.

I have placed my order on 27.08.2021, and payment made through online banking, there is no response till date..seems to be fraud company

I had placed an order on 4 aug (Product showed available). Booking id is- MB[protected] However they cancelled my order without any communication. My payment had been done by google pay but the.y are not refunding my payment. customer number is not working . no reply my mail.

please request to you do needful. it is a fraud company.

I placed a medicine order on 19 Aug 2021 and there is no delivery or support even after writing to them 3-4 times. Their customer care number is also not working. Suspect this is a fraud company and I am thinking of initiating suitable legal action if this is not refunded soon.

I had placed an order on 23rd July (Product showed available). However they cancelled my order on 24th without any communication. When I checked on 25th, I realized the order was cancelled. Surprising the website still shows the product as available, this amounts to nothing but cheating. Big fraud company, the contact number shared on website is never picked up.

Paid Rs 2700 for RTPCR test for two people on 22nd April 2021 but did not receive the test report.
Have called, written emails and complained innumerable times. But there is no response in last 3.5 months.

First order accepted, asked to pay, then cancelled and now waiting for the refund.
No responses on Twitter, no reply of emails, only issuing Tickets and those too of no use.
On Twitter, lot of complaints about non payments of refunds.

I have ordered medicines through online by 1tab.com it has given the delivery date by 14th Aug 2021 but didn't received the order till now. Customer support is not giving any response even after calling multiple times on their number tried to sent mail to the given customer contact mail id i.e. [protected]@1tab.com but didn't received any response. I have done online payment in advance for this order but i am not getting my order delivered till...

They cancelled my order without any update and now they are not giving my refund.

Hi had booked an RTPC test in 1tab on April. They had asked me to cancel the order as there were too many orders and the delay in which their results can be delivered.
I had initiated for the refund for the amount which were claimed from me. Its been 4 months now and i still have not received any refund. I had contacted the customer support more than 10 times. Every time they would assure that the amount will be refunded within 5-7 days but I have not received it till now.
Its a fraud to play around with peoples money, discarding the company refund policies at a time of a pandemic where people are struggling with their business.

Have placed order on Jul 20th with booking ID MA[protected]. My order amount is 420 Rs. However after 2 days it has been cancelled. When followed up with customer care they said they dont have product. And till now they did not refund my amount. Looks like 1tab.com is a fraud site, they cheat people. Take action on them as many people are getting cheated by them.

When I contacted the support team, I was informed the product is not available (Surprising their website still shows the product as available, this amounts to nothing but cheating). Even after sharing the bank details on 25th July, they are not confirming by when my money would be refunded. I have sent multiple emails, but no confirmed date on refund of the money)

. After many days of non receipt of the order. I send a mail to 1tab and they say the item is not availabel and it is cancelled. Thereafter, I didn't my refund and after many days I write a mail stating that I didn't received the refund. the customer care say that they will processed the refund. However, even aft a month they didn't take any initiative and never returned the refund.
It is clear that this online marketing is looting the customer and not delivering the promise.

In this regard, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action.

I was book one hair liquid zycafy M liquid. I paid online payment product price 1419 and shipping charge 75 rupees total 1494 paid. Hi,
I placed an order with 1tab on May 31 as product was showing available. They cancelled my order by saying the product is not available. It's been more than 1 month that I have shared my account details with them for refund but still I have not received any refund from them . My order no is 7902.

The failed to deliver the product even after the expected time..customer support is non responsive..

I've booked a RT-PCR test but nobody turned up as the TAT/appointment date. Later I've cancelled my order in the month of April and till now no refund is given. Please support

Ordered some items from 1Tab on 18th June, Order ID : 8985.
Expected delivery date was 23rd June.
Inspite of paying Rs75 as delivery charges ( as i urgently needed the items),
i did not receive any shipment.
Order has been cancelled saying "Sold Out Items" as per their mail by Deepak Dhawan.

Called them many times, emailed them multiple times, even chatted on the ChatBox on their website, Tweeted them multiple times too.
As requested by them, I have provided them the bank details also for refund but nothing has been done till now.
Every time i get same reply "We are working on it and it will be resolved at the earliest"

This is customer harassment to say the least and totally a SCAM/FRAUD.

Called many time but no use this app is fraud

I order a product (Order id : 7020) from 1Tab but they cancelled by order stating the product is not available. I did follow-up over the website chatter (With Deepak and ), mail ([protected]@1tab.freshdesk.com), phone (+90-[protected]) but nothing happing.

Order was placed last month, 23rd/May/2021 and was cancelled by them but still haven't received the refund.

I booked a rtpcr test on 28 may. But no one came for the collection and now they are just giving excuses since two months for transferring refund of 1500.
They are just running scam please stop them in mean time.

I booked a test online on 30th April but it was never done. Since then I am following for refund and not getting any responses. It is an online fraud.

1tab is cheating customers. on 4th May, 2021, I ordered some items but they failed to supply. Already 10 days has gone by, but nither I have the refund of my paid amount or any information of action taken regarding.
I am in daze. using this pandemic situation and helpless solitary condition of society do they earning money stealthily.

Hello,
I have booked COVID RT-PCR TEST on 25th April and after 3-4 days no update. Then 1TAB cancelled my test and reply on email that testing charge would be refunded. But till now no refund, no response from them.

In this pandemic they are simply doing fraud with common people and we are loosing our life due to their bad service and without test as well.

Please look into this issue and take strong action against the company.
