Hi... This is in reference to my online payment of INR 1, 200/- in regard to RT PCR test, order # 1804 on 20th April 2021 @ 17:03 pm through net banking HDFC saving account.
When I had followed up for sample collection, which had been scheduled for 22nd April 2021, then my appointment for RT PCR test had arbitrarily been cancelled by 1tab customer care executive; giving reasons of non availability of sample collector as that time COVID was at its peak time due to Delta variant...
For refund of mentioned amount, I had followed up multiple times over the phone, ie. 1st time on 29th May'21, 2nd time on 15th June'21 and 3rd time on 23rd June'21 but every time I only got assurance of getting the refund soon, however, ~7 months have been gone past but I am still waiting for the refund...
Kindly look into the matter and if you want I can visit your office to showcase my bank statement to prove that refund has not been received yet...
Hoping to have this issue resolved soon...
