Hi had booked an RTPC test in 1tab on April. They had asked me to cancel the order as there were too many orders and the delay in which their results can be delivered.
I had initiated for the refund for the amount which were claimed from me. Its been 4 months now and i still have not received any refund. I had contacted the customer support more than 10 times. Every time they would assure that the amount will be refunded within 5-7 days but I have not received it till now.
Its a fraud to play around with peoples money, discarding the company refund policies at a time of a pandemic where people are struggling with their business. Was this information helpful? |
