My name is Suresh Sivalingam and my 1WIN gaming id is 86095393. Withdrawal was pening in my 1win account . One is 50000 Rupees on April 17 at 11.14AM and another one is 30000 Rupees on April 17 At 11.15AM. Actual time frame of withdrawal in 1win is 48 hrs but almost 7 days was completed till now still i have not received my payment . Already i raised tickets in 1WIN customer service and the ticket numbers are PMNT-2706688 and PMNT-2706676 I did not play any bets in 1win .So, kindly request you to make arrangements to receive my amount as soon as possible.
