I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the online betting platform, 1Win, for unfair practices and significant financial losses incurred while using their services. I have been a user of their platform, and my account IDs are 88678700 and[protected].

I would like to bring to your attention the following issues:

Unfair Practices: Despite playing various games on the platform, including slots and casino games, I experienced consistent and unrealistic losses. The Return to Player (RTP) rates appeared to be manipulated, and the games seemed algorithmically designed to ensure players lose their funds.

Financial Losses: I lost approximately 70 lakhs INR across my accounts, including 40 lakhs in loans taken to continue playing on the platform. This has left me in severe financial distress, with no way to recover my losses.

Lack of Transparency: The platform does not provide clear or transparent information about the odds, RTP rates, or the algorithms used in their games. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the fairness of their operations.

Violation of Consumer Rights: The platform’s practices appear to violate consumer rights, including the right to fair trade practices and the right to be informed about the risks involved in using their services.

I request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against 1Win for their unfair practices. I also urge the forum to ensure that such platforms operate transparently and ethically, protecting consumers from financial harm.
