1xbet — I have deposited 10000 still not created to my account

I tried to deposit 10000 in 1xbet account on 09/10/2026. Amount is deducted from bank account but still not received in 1x bet account. I am continuously trying to engage with 1x bet employees to resolve my query since past 6 days. But still they haven’t resolved my query.
Their consumer redressal mechanism is very inefficient, lethargic.
