I initiated a withdrawal of ₹15, 000 from my 1xBet account on 09 June 2025. The transaction (ID:[protected] was processed via UPI ([protected]@ptsbi) and marked as "Successful" on the 1xBet platform. The supposed sender listed was Nasim Raeen ([protected]@okaxis).

However, the money has not been credited to my bank account even after several weeks. I have verified with my bank, and there is no record of this UPI transaction reaching my account.

I raised this issue through multiple emails to 1xBet’s support (security, info-ind, and accounting), but have not received any resolution or proper response.

This issue is causing me mental stress and financial inconvenience, and it appears to be a case of misleading payout or fraud.

I submitted a withdrawal request (Request No. 5589795) for ₹15, 000. It has been several days since then, and the issue is still not resolved. I have tried calling the company many times, but every time I receive the same automated or repeated message: > "Dear user, Your payment request number 5589795 has been updated and forwarded to our team for another review. We are actively working on resolving your issue as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we're working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated. To assist you faster in the future, you can attach files to requests directly: Log in → Personal Profile → Payment Queries → Select Ticket (Data Clarification) → Check Data → Attach Files." Despite these messages, no real action has been taken. I have not received any helpful response, phone call, or progress update. The issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for my payment of ₹15, 000.
