I initiated a withdrawal of ₹15, 000 from my 1xBet account on 09 June 2025. The transaction (ID:[protected] was processed via UPI ([protected]@ptsbi) and marked as "Successful" on the 1xBet platform. The supposed sender listed was Nasim Raeen ([protected]@okaxis).

However, the money has not been credited to my bank account even after several weeks. I have verified with my bank, and there is no record of this UPI transaction...

I had made a deposit of rs 50000 through net banking, It has been more than a year I tried calling, email every thing was done no proper response, looters...

Deposited Rs5000 into 1xbet account from my bank through UPI.
Money was deducted but not credited into 1xbet.
I raised a complaint to their support center via email and call, and they told me to wait for 14 days.
After 14 days I sent them mail again that money was not credited, and they asked for my back account statement.
After i sent them my account statement they are just trolling me sqyung wait and call again...
