1xbet — Withdrawal amount not received

I withdraw 3000 from 1xbet on 03/06/2024 it is showing as e-transfer successful in my gaming account but I haven't received the amount in my bank account they say if you haven't received withdrawal amount please share your bank statement then I have shared my bank statement with them but they are not replying after that they are saying you have already paid out the amount but in my bank i haven't received I have mailed them from yesterday but they are not resynow.please help
