We want to convey our apology for the inconvenience caused to you during your initial days of subscription and till today. We came across many issues(Delivery, quantity, customer care, full item delivery and a couple of instances of refund issue as well). We are working hard to resolve all your issues with respect to our services. An extra effort has been put everyday in-order to try to provide our best services however, we must admit that we failed to fulfill most of our commitments and succeeded in a few.
In order to serve you better we would like to give you an option to suspend/cancel our services from your end (for a couple of weeks) so that when we come back we come back with a different experience without any interruptions. It was a tough decision to call out for suspension of the subscription but was in favor of you since we received a few complaints with respect to delays in our deliveries.
We will be in Bangalore working in background to understand on improvements needs to serve you better. Trust us, we had a similar situation in Delhi as well a couple of Months ago and now we are growing in Delhi with fast pace. We realized that we failed most of the times mainly because of manpower which is the most crucial part in our delivery system.
A top level management meeting and Training session has been organised at Delhi head office to understand our valuable customer's requirements and Delivery Mechanism to understand why we could not meet your expectations. Definitely, this will help us strategize our Bangalore move.
In the world of internet, no one can stop anyone to express their feelings on social platform be it Facebook, Mouthshut, twitter etc. however our motive is to grow and attain a level where no one can serve you better than us. We accept that we failed because of management decisions, lack of manpower, delivery mechanism and on top of all we could catch up with the pace of demand. We are here to do business with a clear intention to serve you in best possible ways.
We don't want to loose any of our valuable customers however if you want to cancel the subscription you can mail us at [protected]@24x7fresh.in with the number of days of service consumed and the number of packets received per day which will help us expedite refund your money. Refund of money could take up to 7-9 woking days after matching our accounts.
We want to maintain a long term relationship with you and we are happy to serve you. You are our customers who kept us encouraging and motivated. We will be back with our services from the 1st day of March 2016.
