24*7 Fresh — Non delivery of the product after taking advance payment

I have opted for Amul Full Cream milk(1.5 Kg)@ Rs 1944/- for 30 days from 24*7Fresh on 23rd Feb 2016 via order number[protected]. I have received a call from them to inform me that delivery would start by 1st March '16. I have not received delivery of milk even for a day, I have written mails & have phoned them many times but all efforts are in vain.
