24x7 Daily Fresh — Unethical behaviour and products not delivered against payment | |||||
Respected chair, Very warm regards to you i have a complaint against an e-commerce website namely 24x7 fresh whose link i have provided below. On 20th of January 2016 I got message stating 10 % discount on amul and mother diary milk, so i logged on to website and ordered 1.5 liters daily milk for 30 days i soon got an confirmation mail stating that delivery will start from 27th/28th/29Jan 2016 depending on the system feasibility. but delivery started on 30th Jan further their mail assured me o[censored]ninterrupted service but it was only after 2 days that my delivery stopped and started normally from 3rd - 9th and then onward i am facing problems in delivery in earlier days they use to reply my call but now their customer care service is also not responding neither is the person assigned my area is answering and many other are also complaining the same issue and moreover no. provided on their first mail is also not functioning. they have now turned of commenting option on Facebook where everyone was complaining(https://www.facebook.com/24x7fresh/) and everytime they are postponing the delivery date which is informed through mail. so, it is my humble respect to honorary chair to make a fair decision and help me to get out of problem.
