HI Team,

I have done a transaction on 19th Feb 2016 on 24x7 fresh but since that day I have not received the delivery nor the refund.

I am attaching all the updates on the email.

I have also asked the credit card team to raise a dispute & they have given the temporary credit but now they have charged me again.
