This is in regard to the order placed as of 1st may 2016 for amul milk (Invoice number[protected], but after doing continuous follow up from my side first your team told that it will be started from 16th may and then they said it will rescheduled to 20th may, then again following up now they say that it has been cancelled and forced me to purchase another product from your site.
It has been very disappointing that you don’t even inform the customer about the status and force the customer to make forced purchase.
Please do the following things:
- confirm that current order is cancelled and refund the amount.
- also confirm why the refund will take 90 days and if that is the case the order was placed as of 1st may 2016 and when the funds will get credited to my account, please compensate the interest for that period.
Please respond on priority and also let me the details of higher management as i need to escalate this issue.
