But, they are not able to deliver the same and now they are not responding to our calls and mail. All these days they postponed saying will try to deliver the same are refund the paid amount. No is taking the responsibility to answer the consumer So I request the consumer forum to help me in this regards and refund the paid amount with the interest as charged by credit card.
