24X7Fresh.in — Milk subscription amount not refunded

Hi,

I had subscribed for 1 litre of milk for 30 days on 28th Nov 2015.

The subscription was supposed to be started from 7th Dec 2015. But it actually started from 9th Dec 2015 and provided till 20th Dec 2015 without any issue.

It was delivered on 29th Dec 2015 for one day and there after there was no delivery of milk.

After this I received an email from Radhika Priya on 8th Jan that service will be restored from January 18th without any issues and it was also mentioned that if I was not satisfied with the service I can send a mail to at [protected]@24x7fresh.in to discontinue the service.

Since milk is one of the daily essential, I did not want to continue and sent a mail to [protected]@24x7fresh.in for discontinuation on 9th Jan and asked for refund of my amount.

There was replied from Radhika Priya asking for order id and number of days milk was delivered and not delivered. I had provided all the information via email serveral times but there has been no response since 1st February 2016.

I have called the customer care number[protected] several times but nobody picks the call and the call gets disconnected.

Waiting for my amount to be refunded for the days, when the milk was not delivered.
