24X7Fresh.in — Milk subscription paid upfront, but not delivered

This is with reference to my order no.[protected].

We had paid Rs. 2, 520 to Mr. Pradeep Shukla, a milk vendor registered with 24*7fresh.in, who came to deliver the milk for the first day (500 ml * 4 packets) yesterday as part of the 30 day daily milk subscription. The 30 day period started from yesterday.

However, the milk has not been delivered today till now, despite him promising that it will be delivered daily by 5.30 am. We tried calling him atleast 20 times on +91-[protected], but he is not picking up. Also, calls to the company no.[protected] and [protected] (person who called to confirm the order) does not elicit any response.

This is totally unacceptable.

Appreciate if you can take it up with the company and help resolve this issue.
