24X7Fresh.in — Money taken 3 months back and no service rendered

I have placed an order for fresh coconut to be delivered at my residence. the order was placed on 14.04.2016.
There has been no communication from 24x7fresh.
Have called the call center multiple times, they also raised a complain and said the money shall be refunded in a months time. but have not received as yet.

I had subscribed for milk services in February and its July .. No body has delivered me milk and haven't got the refund as well ..
I had complaint to many people .. mr Randhir .. Also but all in vain ..
Please refund my money asap
