[Resolved] 24X7Fresh.in — No money refunded till now for milk subscription | |||||
I had subscribed for milk delivery (Amul) on 28th april 2016 vide order no[protected] and paid rs.2700. Till today, there is no refund of money. I was able to speak to customer care and they confirmed that my refund will be done. When I complained on this website, I received a call for arranging refund asap but till today, there is no refund. Even they asked me to contact Credit Card Service Provider but Credit Card Service Provider clearly stated that only merchant can refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
