I paid rs. 1350 in april, 2016 to these guys for one month delivery of 1 liter milk. My order id is[protected] which is being shown in "processing" state. They delivered milk for 15-odd days and then stopped. After that they either don't answer my call or just say that your milk will be delivered on so and so date which has not arrived yet. Please help.
A few days earlier, i placed a new order (Cash on delivery) for which i got a call and they asked for confirmation for the delivery of the milk on the address. When i asked them to first complete the delivery of previous order, they were like - "we don't know about that order. One guy even said that i am a very small person in this company who does not know about previous orders."
In case it's not possible for these guys to deliver the milk, please ask them to refund my remaining amount.
