Respected sir After my final reminder by mail to 24x7fresh on dated 01.07.2016 as below Sir, This is my final reminder to you for return my money against my milk subscription order id[protected] on dated 23.03.2016 and i paid rs. 1026 (transfer to inb rudraksh e - commerce [protected]gobrvjpx9) after received your offer for delivery of milk by mail, It is too much to delivery my subscription now please return my cash as soon as possible i no need your delivery. I tried 28.06.2016, 29.06.2016 & 30.06.2016 on your helpline no.[protected] and mail also many time as well as you complaint portal available on 24x7fresh.in. But no respond given to me. Please return my money within week (till 08.07.2016) as per term and conditions mentioned After bridge this period i will approach by customer protraction right act 1986. Once again i humble request to you either start immediately supply or refund balance money within specified date 08.07.2016. I would like to draw a kind attention toward the online shopping with e commerce web site but no regulatory control for e commerce. I share my problem
I ordered my milk subscription by 24x7fresh.in order ID 100000204 on dated 23.03.2016 and I paid Rs . 1026 (TRANSFER TO INB Rudraksh E - Commerce 50683262581GOBRVJPX9) after received their offer for delivery of milk by mail but after twelve days, delivery has been stopped then
I tried 28.06.2016, 29.06.2016 & 30.06.2016 on Their helpline no.01133609090 and mail also many time as well as their complaint portal available on 24x7fresh.in.
but no respond given to me and no return my balance amount then I took help National consumer help line then they told me no regulatory control available for E-commerce website.
same I did complaint through Indian consumer complaint forum and I found, already many complaint lodge against 24x4fresh.in but after all these complaint this company making fool to consumer but no way to get our money.
In view of above I humble request to you please modify the rules for control of e-commerce web site to given protection through customer protection Act 1986
