24x7 fresh booked order #[protected] for delivery of milk for a month on april 16. But it was never delivered. I have called but they do not provide refund of Rs.2511 and telling different stories every time I call them. Daily i am calling from last 15 days and sent so many mails to cancel my order and refund, but they are not bothered to respond to e-mails and on phone just inform that your refund will be done and you will receive a confirmation e-mail, but one month over now still i have not received milk even one day nor refund. We are taking steps in order to get all the details about this delay in delivery. Because of these measures we will be able to find the root cause and then we will find a solution to it to make sure that no further delays will be made We will start your delivery from 25th may.

Updated by poonam singh ahlawat I have ordered on April 16 for one month milk order for order no.[protected]. i have never received any milk and despite of calling so many times and sending so many e-mails and even complained here 3 times, still I have not received any call or e-mail from them neither my refund. Every time i called i was given a different date that delivery will start, but never started and i am calling and sending mails from one-and-a-half month now to cancel my order as i do not believe they will ever deliver milk properly if started also, so to give my refund, but not received yet, they are even not picking phone now. I want my refund asap. I do not want service now as i am not here for 1 months due to my kids vacation. Also i do not believe on their service promises now, i want my refund asap of 2511 for order no.[protected].
