24X7Fresh.in — Payment done but product not delivered | |||
I had made online payment amounting to inr 1, 026 for amul tonned (1 kg) milk on the website of 24x7 fresh.In but it never got delivered to my place. I had made payment on 17th feb (Po[protected] but not received delivery even once for this order. I had received multiple mail updates stating reasons for delay and revised date of re-start of services (Last mail on 18th mar’16) but the same is still not in effect. When i contact the customer care no one picks up the phone call and i have also written several mails (Attached below) but didn’t receive any revert from them. I feel highly disappointed and would like to file a case in consumer forum for the online scams and cheating done with customer and would like the amount to be refunded back to me. I am attaching copy of po received as confirmation for my payment and mails received from the company assuring gifts (Like free mangoes) for delay. All false promises which have never been provided.
