Hi, I have taken subscription from 2x7fresh.in via Order No.[protected] paying Rs. 1026.00 on 28.4.2016, for Milk subscription. No delivery attempt has ever made, they are cheating people. After some time, there customer care people said they will refund the money, now even website seems to be down and their CC No.[protected] is also not in use.

Till date, no refund has been received from the company.

Can someone update on this.

Its been more than a year, that I subscribed for Milk & egg subscription through 24x7fresh.in, via order ID[protected] dt. 28.04.2016 for Rs. 2276.00. Earlier CC people were saying they will refund the amount, but till date nobody has initiated anything. Now even the website is not working and CC No.[protected] is also not working.

Can you please help in getting refund for the amount paid.

I got call from the team of 24x7fresh from Mbl. No. [protected] on 27.03.2017, he requested for my bank details to transfer the refund, and which I shared with him via sms. Name, Accoutn No. & IFSC Code and was assured that in the same evening my refund will get processed. Till now I am chasing, when ever I call on this no. they say okay they will check and disconnects the call.

Seems a legal complaint has to be raised again them in Consumer Court.
