I am forwarding my emails to 24x7 as hereunder:
I have subscribed milk subscription as per order no.[protected] on 02/05/2016, it was assured from your side that milk supply will start from 08/05/2016. However after 8th may, 2016, on further contracting to customer care department another excuse was given that due to system issues your milk supply will strat from 16/05/2016.
After that another date 18/05/2016 was given.
Today, the customer care executive has said that it will start from 21/05/2016.
Now please let me know the followings?
1. After paying whole money in advance, i have not received ant confirmation or email from your side.
2. Since 02/05/2016, i am continuously following you and no response from your side.
3. At your website the status of my order is still showing under process since 02/05/2016.
4. Is it a fair business practice?
An early response from your side is awaited.

In continuation to earlier mail, its sad to say that no information or answer received from your department in response to my email send to you on yesterday. Further on contracting customer care, the executive has given one more date i. E. 01/06/2016.
