24x7fresh — No delivery and no refund for order placed

I have placed the order in the month of jan'16.
Order id:[protected]. (Milk for 1 month, tender coconut for 1 week).

Order date: 3-jan-2016
Order cost:
Milk (Blue packet): 918.00
Tender coconut : 224.00

Total 1, 142.00

Location banaswadi, bangalore.

I started receiving the deliver for first 15 days. Followed by that i placed 2nd order for my relative

Order date: 31-jan-2016
Order id:[protected]. (Milk for 1 month).

Order cost:

Milk (Green packet): 1026.00

I started facing the problem from them to give excuse for not delivering the product stating the mail below and giving the reason which has not stopped even today.

Now the company is not denying to refund the money not delivering the product. If we make a call to their customer care, they have the standard statement: "delivery starts in next 24 hours"/.

Even i have mentioned i will go for "consumer forum". Still no response from them.

Please help me to get the refund.
