24x7fresh — Refund of payment made for milk and coconut subscription | |||
I had made the payment of rs.2325.00 on 19.05.2016 for daily supply of 1 litre amul full cream milk and 1 tender coconut per day for 30 days. The payment was debited from my credit card but no receipt was generated on the 24x7fresh site. Though the payment has been done my account on their site shows that no orders have been placed. I tried calling multiple times at the number[protected] given on website but got ivrs response that customer care officers are busy and they will call back. Also on 19.05.2016 i had given a complaint on their website but nobody has bothered to reply. Please refund the amount paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
